Planting Instructions:
• Days to Flower: 120-140 days
• Light Preference: Full sun
• Planting Time: March to early June
• Soil Preparation: Add compost and a slow-release fertilizer (like 5.1.5 SR) to your soil. You can buy this fertilizer from via our online platform.
How to Germinate and Plant:
1. Soak the corms for 6-8 hours in room temperature water.
2. For large amounts of corms, use a fish pump to add oxygen by bubbling the water.
3. Plant the soaked corms directly in the soil, covering them with just 1-2 cm of soil.
4. Space corms 15-20 cm apart.
5. Water the area well, ensuring the water reaches 30 cm deep.
6. Keep the soil moist until germination (2-4 weeks). This is crucial for successful germination.
Watering:
• Keep soil moist, but not wet, during growth.
Fertilizer:
• For best results, use our recommended Slow-Release Fertilizer. It lasts for 8 months. You can buy it along with your corms.
