How to order:

1. Select the Day of the Week you would like your order to be delivered. Tuesday, Thursday or Friday for the two-week cycle as per the dates indicated.
2. Basket needs to be to the value of R1000 for delivery options.
3. You can mix cut flowers and dried goods together in your basket (not commerce and seeds).
4. Ensure that your item is for the same day delivery as the rest of your items in the basket.
5.  When you check out you will be able to select your collection point, that you will collect on the day you have indicated. All orders will be dropped at the collection point of your choice which you will be able to select at check out, for more info click here: Collection Points. We deliver to Cape Town surrounds, courier, air and have farm collection.
6. You will receive an order summary after you have checked out your cart – via email.
7. On the morning of delivery, you will receive a whatsapp indicating the time and place your order will be ready for collection as well as relevant flight details of airing orders.
8. When collecting your flowers from our delivery drop off points, courier or air you will be required to fulfil your order on your shopping profile. At the Cape Town delivery points when you meet our driver you will need to scan a barcode and fulfil your order to confirm receipt.
9. If you are unable to receive your order and someone is collecting on your behalf – please ensure you fulfil your order once you have received it.
