Public Pricing for Short Stemmed Peonies
Please note that we pick peonies in tight, closed buds. If you would like us to place your peonies in water, please let us know, as they will only begin to open once placed in water.
Short Stems (25cm – 30cm): All prices below exclude VAT. (Please note, Alertie is a smaller variety with head sizes about 30% smaller than the Corals we’ve been sending out.)

You can mix and match different varieties to meet the required stem counts. The pricing above does not apply to our white varieties or Brother Chuck, which are R42 per stem, regardless of how many you order.
How to Avail the Discounts
Ordering is easy! Simply place your order online, and we will automatically apply any applicable discounts when we send you the invoice for payment.
Special Instructions for Saturday Blooms
For weekend events, we recommend placing your order for delivery two to four days prior to the event date. To ensure freshness and longevity, we take pride in sending our peonies in tight, closed buds. If you would like your peonies to be in full bloom for a Saturday event, please place your order at least four days in advance to allow sufficient time for them to open. To prolong their beauty, we suggest storing them in a cool area or a cold room.
Customer Responsibility for Bloom Preference
It is essential to inform us in advance if you prefer to receive your flowers as closed buds or in an open state. Our peonies will be delivered in a closed ball form, ensuring they arrive in optimal condition.
Advantages of Sending Peonies Dry
To ensure the best possible vase life, we will be sending the peonies dry, without water. This method helps the blooms remain fresh during transit and allows them to hydrate optimally once received.
What to Do Upon Receiving Your Peonies
1. Unpack Carefully: Gently remove the peonies from their packaging, taking care not to damage the stems or blooms.
2. Trim the Stems: Using clean, sharp scissors, cut about 2cm off the bottom of each stem at a 45-degree angle. This will help them absorb water more effectively.
3. Hydrate: Place the peonies in a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water. Ensure the water covers the cut ends but avoid submerging the blooms themselves.
4. Conditioning: Allow the peonies to hydrate for several hours or overnight. This will help them open beautifully and extend their vase life.
5. Display: Once they have had time to hydrate, arrange them in your desired location, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Delivery Instructions
Select Delivery Day: Please choose the day of the week you would like your order to be delivered: Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, as indicated in the two-week cycle.
Minimum Order Value: Your basket must have a total value of R1000 to qualify for delivery options. If your order totals less than R1000, you will need to either collect the order from the farm or confirm if you would like us to arrange for courier delivery.
Basket Contents: You may mix cut flowers and dried goods in your basket (please note that commerce items and seeds are not allowed).
Same-Day Delivery: Please ensure that all items in your basket are scheduled for the same delivery date. The date selected on the website indicates when your order will leave the farm. You will receive the delivery time for your collection point via WhatsApp on the day of collection.
Collection Point Selection: During checkout, you will be able to select your preferred collection point. All orders will be delivered to the collection point of your choice, which you can select at checkout.
Order Summary: After checking out, you will receive an order summary via email. If you do not receive this email, it means you do not have an order with us. Please ensure that you receive this notification.
Delivery Notification: On the morning of delivery, you will receive a WhatsApp message indicating that your order is ready for collection, along with relevant flight details for flying orders.
Invoice Details: The invoice will be shared via email and WhatsApp. Please kindly make an EFT with your name and INVOICE NUMBER as the reference prior to collecting your flowers.
Driver Information: Our driver drives a large white truck branded with Adene’s Farm Flowers.
Pickup Time: Please note that flowers need to be picked up at the specified time, as we do not hold them at the drop points. Please take note of the communicated delivery times and try to arrive at the stop a little earlier, if possible.
Bring Your Own Buckets: Kindly bring your own buckets for collection.
